Personalization Image Submission Policy

By submitting an image for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use and reproduce it. All submitted images must be copyright-free for your intended use and may not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or privacy rights of others.

We do not accept images containing:
• Profanity, obscene, or offensive content
• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or derogatory symbols
• Illegal, violent, or otherwise inappropriate imagery
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

a&e Designs Company reserves the right to review all submitted artwork and refuse, cancel, or refund any personalized order if an image is determined to be inappropriate, violates these guidelines, or cannot be reproduced for any reason.

Submission of an image constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
